One of the things I love about fall is fall mums. I have 2 pots outside of my summer kitchen and I planted some in my gardens along with ornamental cabbages. My vegetable garden is coming to an end, but we have enjoyed all of the goodness for weeks. Last night I made zucchini lasagna and it was so good. Leftovers tonight.
Have a great day everyone.

The lasagna sounds very good and the flowers are a bright spot when other things are winding down.

So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love mums too...but am never successful in getting mine to grow as perennials...even if I specifically seek out the "hardy" variety. So far I have resisted getting any this year although I am starting to see them out and about. I like mine to last until Halloween (which they never seem to do because we get some hard freezes and often snow before then), so I wait until the Mennonites open their mum field. You need to share your zucchini lasagna recipe!! ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteI so love mums in every color! Yours is lovely! Janice
