A SAD DAY

Today is a sad day. We lost another member of our family. Our 17 year old cat "Tigger" passed away last evening. Tigger was such a special cat. He always seemed to care for other cats on the farm when they were not feeling well. He was the last remaining cat from a litter of five that were born on our farm 17 years ago. Tigger lived in our barn until last January when we brought him into our house to live due to his age.  He adapted very well to living in the house, quite a change from mousing in the barn and sleeping in the hayloft for all those years. He loved sleeping next to our wood stove last winter. He also loved sharing the couch with DH. He will be missed very much.

    So sorry to hear about little Tigger. He was a lovely cat and I'm sure you guys will miss him very much. He sure enjoyed his retirement snoozing on the comfy couch or laying by the wood stove.

    So sorry to here that. We just lost our kitty of 15 years a few months ago. She was an inside cat all of those years and she would meow and "talk" to us. It was a big loss to our family. Savor the memories. Have a blessed weekend with your family.~Sara
