A FINISH

I just finished this banner for my shop today. Wool applique' on a scrappy cream fabric background.
I love the way it turned out. I dotted the i's with black buttons and also used 2 black buttons stacked for the crow's eye.

JUST OUT OF THE OVEN

Just out of the oven.....fresh Rhubarb Cream Pie.
Nothing better than the smell when you take a pie out of the oven. The rhubarb is wonderful this year and we sure have been enjoying it.

AUTUMN BENCH PILLOW

I just finished this Autumn Bench Pillow for a sample for the Quilt Shop where I work. It was a lot of work for a small project, but I think it turned out pretty good.

A NEW QUILT

Greetings..........Will Spring ever arrive? One good thing is that I have been able to do some more quilting. I finished this quilt up on the weekend and it looks great on my kitchen table. I made it with my blue and cream scraps.

BAKING BREAD

Bread baking day at my house. My husband has been so good to me doing my barn chores, so I baked him 2 loaves of whole wheat bread. I have been out of commission for 3 days with a bad back. On the mend now.

A WINTER MORNING

I think winter is finally here. Just got back from walking the dogs back to the woods. Lots of winter birds around this year. I took some suet back and hung it from a tree for them to enjoy.

NEW PUPPY

We are enjoying our new puppy so much. His name is Buster Brown. Tomorrow he is going to see snow for the first time. Always love seeing how animals react to seeing snow for the first time. I guess it is that time of year. Today they are calling for high winds and snow coming later today. Stay warm my friends.

BLACK DONNELLYS

My husband and I had a great time last night. Went out to dinner and then went to see the movie "The Black Donnelly's" in Lucan. A great movie about local history than happened only a few miles from where we live.

OPEN HOUSE
