Happy Almost Fall!!
My garden has been so plentiful this year with lots of tomatoes and peppers so I have been making tomato sauce all week.
This roasting pan went into the oven and was roasted, then blended and put into jars for the winter. I made spaghetti sauce last night with some of the sauce and it was delicious!
How I love this time of year. I roasted some tomatoes with garlic and onions with balsamic vinegar drizzled on after and of course fresh basil. On fresh bread heavenly.
