HAPPY NEW YEAR! I snapped this picture last night of my husband's dinner before he made it disappear. Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Gravy, Carrots, Mashed Potatoes. It was so good!
Ok I just looked up Yorkshire pudding I thought it was something else I make popovers so basically the same without the meat drippings. And I love them. Cathy
