HOMEMADE RASPBERRY PIE

It is hotter that heck here in Ontario. Last night was a full moon and it was hard to sleep. Cats fighting outside the window, dogs barking, owls hooting, fireworks going off and the list goes on. DH picked me some raspberries early this morning and I made a pie before it got too hot outside. It was delicious! My SIL gave us some raspberry plants last year when we were up north visiting her and her husband last fall. We are getting berries this year.

  1. Your raspberry pie looks delicious! I took got up early this morning and did some baking before the heat arrived. We did find some relief with afternoon rain showers. Greetings from Dog Trot Farm, Julie.

  2. Yummy! Nothing better than a 'just picked' berry pie! I'm sure that doesn't stick around too long Janet...(-: It is cool and we have lots of rain here in B.C. but I will take that over hot and muggy any time. Enjoy the last of your weekend.

    Love, Karen
